I wanted to share what a great experience I just had with "Stage it for Success", accredited staging professionals.  Santina gave tips and advice to my seller, brought in furniture and accessories making it an absolute pleasure for me to photograph.  We had several showings the first few days and an accepted offer by day 5. The buyers agent said he also showed the lesser priced condo in the same complex but that our unit had perceived increased value due to the condition and presentation.

I just wanted to share with you what a great job they did, I would highly recommend them!

 "When I was selling my condo (which was vacant) I decided it was best to stage it so buyers could “see” what the potential was for the condo. I met with Santina & her team and they gave me an idea of what they would do/set up, etc. They also recommended paint colors based on what the latest trends are, as they have the pulse on the real estate market. They set up both of my bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. They also were able to help me out with curtains (my condo had been rented out, so I had NOTHING in it) and chairs and table for my patio. I live 2 hours from my condo, so I never got to see it fully staged once they set it up, so when I saw the photos in my listing, I literally did not think it was my condo at first. I had to really look at where the doors & closets were and then I was able to see it really was my condo. The furniture they used made the place look so sophisticated and bright and roomy, it was an amazing transformation. My condo went on the market on a Monday and I had a full price offer by Friday. And the buyer had visited another condo (totally empty and not staged) in my same condo complex it was in the same shape, except not painted or with staging. The buyer was willing to spend $10,000 more on my condo b/c it was so nicely staged that it made it look more “move in ready”. So needless to say, if you have an empty condo, or know your furniture is not up to snuff, I’d say its more than worth the time and money to higher Stage it for success."

We called Santina from “Stage it for Success” for staging our house in Braintree, MA and she was there the next day. Her timing was amazingly convenient for us. She and her team staged the house and it looked amazing. Some even asked to buy the house with the furniture. When it was going to snow, she dealt with removing the patio furniture on short notice. She is very easy to communicate with, she took in consideration our thoughts and her pricing was very reasonable. She did a spectacular job in our house, as in all the others we have seen.  We wished she could be our interior designer too but we moved to another state :)
